Registration Fees


Information & Instructions


  • On-site registration includes full conference admission, a welcome get-together on Sunday, catering during the conference, including lunches and beverages, snacks or cookies during refreshment breaks, and the matching event, including a vine tasting at a local vineyard.


  • Virtual registration includes access to the virtual platform to watch live and recorded talks.


  • On-site participants can select the optional four-castle excursion via the river Neckar. The prize for the four-castle tour by white-fleet cruising has to be paid on-site (~25 €). More information will be provided during the conference.


  • Guest registration includes the welcome get-together on Sunday and the wine tasting and dinner at the wine yard.


All participants are encouraged to submit an abstract to present a talk or poster. Talks will be selected from the poster abstracts. Participants presenting selected talks will be notified after selection (in August 2025).

Will you join us for the four-castle round trip via the River Neckar? The trip will take about 6 hours and includes optional stops at the monastery Neuburg, the Nature park Neckartal, the historical old town of Neckargmünd, and the four-castle city Neckarsteinach.
