Please prepare your poster in A0 size and in portrait. Title, author names, and affiliations should be included at the top.

There will be three poster sessions, one per day from June 3 to June 5. All poster sessions will take place at Oratorio San Mercurio, Cortile S. Giovanni degli Eremiti, 2 (a 3-minute walk from the main venue).

Poster installation should be completed after registration on June 3, 09:00–11:00 am. Posters should remain displayed for the entire duration of the conference and be removed after the last session, before the gala dinner (June 5, after 6:30 pm). Your poster number will be provided in the final program booklet, available soon.

Please be available at your poster during your assigned session. A selection of posters will be featured in short 3-minute teaser presentations. These flash talks will take place on the same day, just before the poster session, to foster interaction with the audience. The selected presenters have already been informed.

Poster prizes will be awarded to the best posters. The award criteria will include the overall graphical quality, scientific content, clarity of presentation, and the availability of each presenter.
